Hydro Celebrates 10 Year, Trouble Free Track Record with Stormcell®
elephant.jpgPlastic geocellular stormwater storage and infiltration systems have increased in popularity since Hydro International first introduced Stormcell® to the UK stormwater market some 10 years ago. The need to provide SUDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems) solutions, coupled with our extensive experience in dealing with the challenges of stormwater related problems has lead to Hydro supplying over 150,000m3 of Stormcell® in the UK alone, with an even larger volume also installed throughout Europe. The high structural integrity of our geocellular systems of Stormcell® and Stormbloc®  is demonstrated with the continuing operation and integrity of the first installation which took place in 1995. Drawing on our 10 years of geocellular design and installation experience, we can provide any designer with all the required strength data for both the Stormcell® and Stormbloc® systems.  Hydro can also act in an advisory capacity to certify that designs are in accordance with our recommendations.  This will ensure that the overall design is always fit for purpose and design requirements are never compromised.
