Market Development Manager with our US Wastewater business

Hydro International has a vacancy for a Market Development Manager with our US Wastewater business.  This position will report directly to the General Manager of our CSO Division and is supported by our internal sales & marketing team.   This position will require extensive travel throughout the US and occasional visits to our Portland, OR and Portland, ME offices. 

The Market Development Manager will be responsible for developing fact based growth strategies to increase revenue of Hydro’s flow control products.  Also responsible for contacting, meeting and establishing new business relationships in various locations throughout North America for the purpose of maximizing product and sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of 5 years experience with proven success in engineering or business development within the allied water and engineering fields.  Hold a strong technical background with the use and application of hydraulic modelling software.  Possess excellent communication skills, and maintain industry memberships.  The candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in environmental engineering.
